DEBUGSCOPE

The Debugscope is a machine doctor used for troubleshooting by using data acquisition and performing machine checkups. The three major abnormal elements of the machine vibration, sound, and noise can be made visible so that any problems can easily be fixed.

• Essential device with all functions of oscilloscope, data logging, and pre-trigger for design and inspection.
• Measuring part is isolated from USB I/F so that PC is not damaged by noise or other problems such as static electricity.
• Setting values and measured data can be shared, so that developer and engineers on site can cooperate and work on solving problems.
• Most suitable solutions for technical issues can be provided by the engineer using data analysis software.
• Servo tuning time is greatly reduced by using optional tools.

• Oscilloscope Function
• Besides basic functions as an oscilloscope this device can set the voltage range and time range, trigger and auto scale, and is available for use with a spectral display, FFT trigger and X-Y (Lissajous).

• Pre-Trigger Function
• The pre-trigger function is used to measure data before and after the trigger signal. Pre-trigger can do data logging faster than the “data logging function” because data is saved into the embedded memory of the main body.

• Data Logging Function
• Data logging function allows data to be saved onto the hard disk, therefore a large volume of data can be saved. In addition to the setting of logging time, and setting other logging conditions, each trigger factor can be used for opening/closing the contact point and synchronizing the alarm signal.
